Fill Out Listing Details

When creating a raid listing, you'll need to provide:

  • Raid Name: Which raid you're running (e.g., "Amirdrassil", "Aberrus")
  • Difficulty: Normal, Heroic, or Mythic
  • Date and Time: When the raid will take place
  • Available Slots: How many spots are available for booking
  • Price per Slot: The gold amount clients will pay for each slot
  • Requirements: Character requirements (item level, experience, etc.)
  • Special Notes: Any additional information clients should know

Subscription Tiers for Guilds

Free Tier: Basic raid listings with single-day scheduling
Core Tier: Multi-day scheduling, recurring listings, and the ability to assign Booster Tier 1 passes to guild members
Premium Tier: All Core features plus additional benefits and priority support

Tip: Higher tiers provide more flexibility for managing multiple raids and recurring schedules.

Publish Your Listing

Review all your listing details
Click "Publish" or "Create Listing"
Your listing will now be visible to clients browsing raid slots

Managing Bookings

Viewing Bookings

In your guild dashboard, you can view all bookings for your raid listings. You'll see: which clients have booked slots, their character information, payment status, and any special notes they've provided.

Confirming Bookings

Review each booking request
Verify the client's character meets your requirements
Confirm or approve the booking
The client will receive confirmation of their slot

Managing Multiple Listings

With subscription tiers (Core and Premium), you can create multiple raid listings, set up recurring schedules, and manage all your raids from one dashboard. This makes it easy to run regular raid boosts and build a consistent client base.

Coordinating Raids

Before the Raid

Use the platform's messaging system to coordinate with booked clients
Confirm meeting time and location
Provide any pre-raid instructions or requirements
Confirm payment method and timing

During the Raid

Meet clients at the agreed time and location
Collect payment (typically before or at the start of the raid)
Run the raid as planned
Ensure a smooth, professional experience for all clients

After the Raid

Confirm completion with clients
Mark the raid as complete in your dashboard
Both parties can leave feedback/ratings

Payment Handling

How Payment Works

Payment for raid slots is handled directly between you and the client using in-game gold. Clients typically pay before or at the start of the raid. The payment amount is set by you when creating the listing, and clients pay the full amount per slot.

No Platform Fees

Slash2 doesn't take any platform fees from raid payments. You receive the full amount that clients pay for their slots. This means more gold for your guild and fair pricing for clients.

Payment Best Practices

  • Clearly communicate payment expectations in your listing
  • Confirm payment method and timing with clients before the raid
  • Collect payment before starting the raid to avoid issues
  • Keep records of payments for your own tracking

Booster Tier Passes

What Are Booster Tier Passes?

With Core and Premium subscription tiers, guild admins can assign Booster Tier 1 passes to guild members. These passes give your guild members enhanced selection weighting in the booster queue, improving their chances of being matched with clients.

Assigning Passes

Navigate to your guild management section
Find the "Booster Tier Passes" or "Member Benefits" section
Select guild members to assign passes to
Confirm the assignment

Note: The number of passes you can assign depends on your subscription tier. Check your tier benefits for details.

Benefits for Your Guild

Assigning booster tier passes to your guild members helps them get more matches as boosters, which can benefit your guild overall. It's a way to support your members and help them earn more gold through the platform.
