Tip: You don't need to select a specific role as a client - you can request boosts without any special setup.
Requesting a Mythic+ Boost
Navigate to M+ Section
Create a New Request
Fill Out Request Details
The request form will ask for:
- Key Level: Select the Mythic+ key level you want to complete (typically 2-20+)
- Dungeon: Choose which dungeon you need from the current Mythic+ dungeon pool
- Character: Select the character you want boosted (you may need to add one first)
- Preferred Time: Indicate when you're available (immediate, specific time, or time range)
- Special Notes: Add any specific requirements or preferences
Submit Your Request
Understanding the FIFO Queue
What is FIFO?
FIFO stands for First In, First Out. This means the first client to submit a request is the first to get matched. No priority, no favoritism - everyone gets a fair turn. Your position in the queue is based on when you submitted.
How It Works
- You submit your request
- Your request enters the queue in order
- You can see your position in the queue
- When a booster becomes available, you get matched automatically
- You receive a notification when matched
Queue Position
You can usually see: your current position in the queue, estimated wait time (if available), number of requests ahead of you, and number of active boosters.
Tip: Queue times vary based on number of active boosters, time of day, server activity, and key level requested.
Getting Matched
When You Get Matched
When a booster becomes available, you'll receive a notification (in-app, email, or both) showing your booster's details. You can review the match before confirming.
Reviewing the Match
The match notification will show: the booster's character (which character they'll use), character rating (their Mythic+ rating and experience), booster profile (basic information and ratings), and availability (when they're available).
Accepting the Match
Tip: Take a moment to review the booster's profile and ratings. Good boosters will have positive feedback from previous clients.
Coordinating the Run
Using the Messaging System
Once matched, you can use the platform's messaging system to: send messages to coordinate timing, confirm details about the run, ask questions if needed, and keep all communication in one place.
What to Coordinate
- Meeting Time: Agree on a specific time to meet in-game
- Server/Realm: Confirm which server or realm to meet on
- Meeting Location: Decide where in-game to meet
- Run Details: Confirm the key level and dungeon
- Payment: Confirm the gold amount you'll pay (total amount that will be split equally among all 4 boosters)
Tip: Clear communication prevents misunderstandings. Be specific about times, locations, and expectations.
Paying and Completing the Run
Before the Run
Payment
Payment is typically made before the run starts. You'll pay the total amount, which is then split equally among all 4 boosters. Payment is made directly with in-game gold - no platform fees, no middleman.
Note: Each of the 4 boosters receives an equal share of the total payment. Make sure you have enough gold ready before the run starts.

Booking Raid Slots
For Raid Boosts
If you want to book a raid slot instead of Mythic+:
- Navigate to the "Raids" section
- Browse available raid listings from guilds
- Each listing shows: raid name, date and time, available slots, price, and requirements
- Select a raid that fits your schedule
- Check the requirements: Make sure your character meets them
- Review the price: Confirm it's within your budget
- Click "Book Slot" or "Reserve"
Booking Process
Paying for Raid Slots
Payment for raid slots works similarly: pay the guild directly with in-game gold, usually pay before or at the start of the raid, and confirm the payment method with the guild.
